Invoices & receipts provided
A detailed invoice is issued upon completion of every session — formatted for submission to insurance providers, health spending accounts, or employer wellness programmes.
Session invoices
Each session generates a professional invoice with practitioner details, service description, date, and amount — ready to submit.
Insurance-ready
Invoices are formatted to meet the documentation requirements of most private health insurance providers and extended benefit plans.
HSA / spending accounts
Receipts are accepted by most Health Spending Accounts (HSA) and employer wellness funds. Contact your provider to confirm eligibility.
Invoices are sent by email within 24 hours of your session. If you require a specific format, get in touch before booking.
Please note: Reimbursement eligibility varies by provider and plan. It is the client's responsibility to confirm their eligibility with their insurance, extended benefits, or HSA provider prior to booking a session.
